Dear Sir,

LETTER OF COMPLAINTS

We the above named, wish to commend the effort of the Department of State Security Service (DSS) Agenebode branch. We equally wants to appreciate your good services in ensuring peace and harmony in Okpella and the country at large.

However, we wish to bring to your notice of the illicit behavior of one Mr. Okunola Babajide also known as OLOYE, who is an employee in SINOMA, a sub-contractor to DANGOTE Group Ukhomunyio-Okpella.

Its pertinent to know that he had been involved in the followings;

Ø Ill treatment and dehumanization of staffs

Ø Violation of fair hearing

Ø Causing communal conflicts between Okpella and Ebirra Community.

Ø Illegal sales of company properties that has led to the sack of innocent workers.

Ø Verbal assault and defamation of character of SINOMA workers especially indigenous workers.

Ø He treats Okpella people with contempt and have little or no regards for our chiefs and elders by speaking ill against them.

From all indications Mr. Okunola Babajide is a security threat to Okpella aborigines is becoming alarming and as such should vacate/transfer to any SINOMA branch outside Okpella to avoid uproar in the community.

Prior to the aforementioned, we are giving Mr. Okunola Babajide (OLOYE) 240  hours from the receipt of this letter to vacate our community in peace. We are peace loving people that is why we are writing this letter against him.

After the deadline any security challenge or breakdown of law and order in our  community Mr. Okunola Babajide should be held responsible for such.
